Rebecca writes and edits clear, engaging content that helps organizations communicate complex ideas with confidence. Her editorial work includes: blogs, reports, toolkits, web copy, and podcast-related content such as episode outlines, show notes, and narrative scripting. She partners closely with teams to shape content that is both polished and purposeful.

Beyond individual pieces, Rebecca helps organizations think strategically about what they’re writing and why. She supports content planning, messaging alignment, and editorial direction to ensure writing is consistent, intentional, and tied to broader goals. Her approach balances storytelling with clarity, helping teams communicate more effectively over time.​​
Program, Project and Operational Support
In addition to writing and editorial work, Rebecca provides program, project, and operational support for mission-driven teams. This includes managing timelines and deliverables, supporting events and convenings, coordinating partners or contributors, and providing day-to-day support that helps initiatives run smoothly. Clients often bring Rebecca in when they need a reliable collaborator who can step in quickly and help move work forward.
Content Expertise
Family Engagement
When families and schools work together to support student success, the sky is the limit. Rebecca played an integral role in the latest update of the National Standards for Family-School Partnerships. She has presented on family engagement in a variety of settings including webinars, trainings and national conferences.
Whole Child Development
A well-rounded education must focus on the social, emotional and physical health of children in addition to academic learning. During her time at Character.org, Rebecca observed best practices in social-emotional learning and character education as a National Schools of Character evaluator. She has also authored publications on whole child development and led related programming.
LGBTQ+ Issues in Education
All children deserve safe learning environments that are affirming of the many identities they hold. Rebecca has created resources to help families and educators serve LGBTQ+ including the Teacher Guides for Pride & Less Prejudice. Rebecca has also worked directly with LGBTQ+ youth in a variety of environments, including as an advisor to the GSTA at a summer program for 8th & 9th graders.
